Our August set menu has arrived and to complement the new dishes, we’ve put together a selection of our excellent Italian wines and refreshing cocktails that pair perfectly with the menu choices.

Try our new Whitebait starter alongside a chilled glass of Vermentino Di Sardegna – because fresh fish and white wine are a timeless combination.
Start with our ripe Tomato & Ricotta Bruschetta on toasted ciabatta and pair with a glass of Sicilian Rosato. The Rosé wine will help to cut through the creaminess of this Italian soft cheese.
Choose our summery Melon & Parma Ham plate and be sure to order a Bellini aperitivo; the delicate peach purée will complement the sweetness of the melon and Prosecco, the saltiness of the ham.
If Tagliatelle Primavera is your choice of main, we recommend a glass of Prosecco by its side; the sharp lemon and fresh vegetables will be heightened by the crisp nature of this popular sparkling wine.
Enjoy our Fish Fritti main course with a glass of chilled Fiano white wine. The citrus flavour in this Northern Italian wine pair perfectly with the fresh salmon, sea bass and squid in this dish.
If you’re treating yourself to our Chargrilled 6oz British Steak then a glass of Tuscan Chianti wine, with its bold flavours and hint of cherry, is a must to complement this succulent red meat.
