Our team of chefs have been busy creating a brand new and exciting Autumn Menu and starting from today, we’ll be trialling it exclusively in our Strada #testkitchens.
You can expect a whole new selection of dishes including our Sicilian Arancini starter, crisp rice balls with smoked mozzarella, spicy tomato sauce and aged Parmesan and a fantastic fish main course of sustainable sourced Pan-Fried Sea Reared Trout with mixed tomatoes, olives, chilli, garlic and parsley in a light white wine sauce.
We’ll also be serving up an 8oz British Sirloin Steak which is marinated for 24 hours and comes with a shredded winter slaw and crisp skin-on fries.
For those of you with a bit of a sweet tooth, we have something very special - our new Pear & Almond Tart; a warm pear and almond bakewell served with orange rippled crème fraîche and a drizzle of runny honey.
