Spring specials now available

Warmer weather, longer evenings, daffodils and tulips - yes, spring is definitely with us, and we're in the mood with the launch of some delicious new seasonal specials.

We've got four fantastic dishes to choose from, including Calamari Fritti - deep fried crispy calamari lightly floured and seasoned, with lemon dressing - and Agnello Ferri Salsa Verdi - grilled lamb chops drizzled with salsa verde, served with rosemary roasted new potatoes and onions and a rocket salad with lemon dressing.

There are also a couple of great, fresh pastas - Linguine Vongole - pasta with fresh clams tossed in a garlic, white wine, chilli and parsley sauce with baby plum tomatoes - and Malloredus Campidanese - speciality pasta with luganica sausage, fresh tomato, saffron, onion, fennel seeds, parsley and tomato sauce.
